| Through this interactive grant session, Linnea Fletcher from the National Science Foundation (NSF) will share with participants grants opportunities and ideas for their community college teacher education staff, students, and programs.
NSF provides almost $80 million per year for community colleges, primarily through the Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE). This session will focus on the programs that support teacher education including the Robert Noyce Scholarship Program and the Math and Science Partnership Program as well as other programs in DUE that have traditionally provided significant support to community colleges including Advanced Technological Education (ATE); Curriculum, and Laboratory Improvement (CCLI); S-STEM, and the STEM Talent Expansion Program (STEP). The session will include tips on writing successful proposals.

Discover how one community college is embracing contemporary technologies in hybrid education courses. Participants will learn useful new strategies for keeping any class tech-savvy.

| Service Learning for Student Educators: Current Trends in Service Learning Programs in Relation to Teacher Education |
