Poster Exhibit Information

Poster Exhibit Proposals are accepted on a first come basis. Poster Exhibit Proposals do not go through the review process. Space is limited so please submit your proposal(s) soon!

Please submit the following Poster information:

1.) Title of Poster Exhibit

2.) Poster Presenters (all presenters must be paid registrants for the conference)

3.) A 50 word maximum summary of the presentation for the conference program written in 3rd person narrative. NACCTEP reserves the right to edit content for space and consistency.

4.) General board size is 4’X8’ however, the actual poster space is just a few inches smaller (Approx 46" x 94"). Posters must be set-up between 1:00 and 2:30 p.m. on February 29, 2008, and taken down that evening. Poster presenters must be present during the formal poster presentation session for questions and discussion, Friday, February 29, 2008, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. during the Welcome Reception. Poster materials remaining after the end of the teardown period will be disposed of. NACCTEP is not able to provide storage or be responsible for the mailing of any posters or poster material.

5.) Poster space is limited so submit your Poster Exhibit soon to ensure that you receive space.

6.) The fee for a Poster Exhibit board is $45.00.

7.) To have electric available during your Poster Exhibit contact Pam Asti at pam.asti@domail.maricopa.edu.

All poster invoices must be paid by January 18, 2008.
