Poster Exhibit Information

Poster Exhibit Proposals are accepted on a first come basis. Poster Exhibit Proposals do not go through the review process. Space is limited so submit you proposal soon!Please submit the following Poster information:

1. Title of Poster Exhibit

2. Poster Presenters (all presenters must be paid registrants for the conference)

3. A 50 word maximum summary of the presentation for the conference program written in 3rd person narrative. NACCTEP reserves the right to edit content for space and consistency.

4. General board size is 4’X8’ but the actual poster space is just a few inches smaller (Approx 46" x 94"). Posters must be set-up between 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. on March 2, 2007, and taken down before noon on March 3, 2007. Poster presenters must be present during the formal poster presentation session for questions and discussion, Friday, March 2, 2007, in the Exhibit Hall at the Hilton Riverside from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Poster materials remaining after the end of the teardown period will be destroyed. NACCTEP is not able to provide storage or be responsible for the mailing of any posters or poster material.

5. Poster space is limited so submit your Poster Exhibit soon to ensure you receive space.

6. The fee for a Poster Exhibit board is $45.00. Add a 6’ table and skirting to your Poster Exhibit for an additional $108.00. Add electric to your Poster Exhibit for an additional $49.00. Please request electric and/or a table when submitting your Poster Exhibit Proposal. Presenters will be invoiced for poster boards and any additions. All poster invoices must be paid by January 19, 2007.
